At We Lead Surgery, we want to ensure our supporters know exactly what their support is going towards. Your contribution will allow us to establish women in surgery pre-orientation camps at every medical school in the country, design new curricula to support women entering surgical specialties and bring attention to this important cause. Additionally, as a majority women of color company, we ensure every employee receives salary negotiation training, so that their compensation is worthy of their intellect, talent and contribution to our company.
